Syringa meyeri 'Palibin'

A popular dwarf lilac with reddish purple flower buds that open light pink. A strong bloomer with a light pleasing fragrance. Its small dark green leaves turn purplish in fall. Dense, broad mounding habit that requires little pruning. Great choice for hedging and foundation plantings.
